Permanently delete your HealthTune account and all associated data
Warning: This action cannot be undone
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from HealthTune. This includes all medical consultation history, clinical notes, and personal information.
What will be deleted:
- Personal information (name, email, contact details)
- Medical consultation history and notes
- Clinical documentation and records
- AI-generated content and recommendations
- Usage analytics and preferences
- Payment and billing information
- Authentication credentials and security data
- All uploaded files and documents
- Communication history with support
- Account settings and configurations
Important consequences:
- You will lose access to all your medical consultation data
- All clinical notes and AI-generated content will be permanently removed
- You will not be able to recover any deleted information
- Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
- You will need to create a new account if you wish to use HealthTune again
- Any shared data with other healthcare professionals will be anonymized
Before you delete your account, consider:
- Download your data: You can export your clinical notes and consultation history before deletion
- Pause your subscription: Consider pausing instead of deleting if you might return
- Contact support: Our team can help resolve any issues you're experiencing
- Privacy settings: You can adjust your privacy settings without deleting your account
